Do you sell by gross?
Yes, we sell our rhinestones by gross (144 count) and 5 gross (720 count)

What do I do if the product I want is out of stock?
From time to time there will be situations where a product is on back order. We will offer you to replace with another product, a refund or you could choose to wait for your products, which one will be ship to you at no extra cost.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
We ship to our Canadian customers via Canada Post.
Orders under $20 in value are shipped flat rate through and without tracking for $5.95
Orders over $20 are shipped as Expedited Parcels, though we can also ship Express Post, or Purolator and FedEx.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please contact us directly if you live outside of Canada.

How soon can I expect my order?
We do our best to ship your order same day. Please allow 2-3 business days for larger orders.
Mail carriers usually take 5-7 business days to transport and deliver parcels. Delays do happen on occasion.

My order was sent without a tracking number. How do I know when I'll get it?
Mail sent within Canada should only take about a week to reach its destination.
If you haven't received your order after 2 weeks of receiving your shipping notification, please contact us.

Can I return or exchange items that I've purchased?
In the unexpected event you are not 100% satisfied with a product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise and we will look into it.
Note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost on returns.
